CONSULTATION

Initial consultation either on a call, at one of our London showrooms or on site. Here fabrics can be schemed and design details including curtain style, upholstery details, trims, finishes, and embellishments discussed. Basic measurements are required for a no obligation initial quotation.

ASSESSMENT AND SPECIFICATION

For window treatments, fabric walling, and upholstery projects - When you are happy to proceed, a site visit will be arranged with one of our Bespoke team. They will bring large fabric samples to show the beauty of the fabric and to provide a vision of what the end result will be like. Final measurements will be taken and then a final quote sent with a specification drawing.

For Home accessories, once details are decided, a specification drawing will be sent for approval.

If you require your project delivered within a specific time frame, please let us know.

TAILORED TO YOU

Our Bespoke Accessories team offers personalised virtual consultations to guide you through every stage of the process—from initial design inspiration to the final delivery of your custom-made pieces. With expert support and seamless service, we ensure your vision is beautifully brought to life.

RESPONSIBLE LUXURY

Serious about sustainability, our fabrics are made from natural fibres responsibly sourced from the finest mills in Europe. The company strives to ensure the traceability of every fibre and yarn, meeting farmers and mill owners and holding them to the highest standards.

Minimising waste is something the business is also keen to promote. Sometimes a small alteration to the size of a throw or bedspread can make the difference between one width of fabric required or two. Our Bespoke Interior Tailoring team will always aim to minimise waste and advise on specifying the most efficient sizes to ensure there is no wasted fabric.
