Within 4 working hours of receipt of your order you will receive an email or call to confirm the estimated dispatch date for your order. We target a next working day delivery for mainland UK, 2 to 3 working day delivery for the rest of the UK, Channel Isles and EU and a 5 to 7 working day delivery for most other countries.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if requested within 14 days, returned to & received by de Le Cuona within 28 days of date of purchase in an ‘as new’ & re-saleable condition.
